  Kingery & Co. is one of the best insurance agencies I've had the pleasure of dealing with. A family owned business with a wonderful staff!! Very efficient, saved me a good bit of money, customer serivce is beyond awesome, and how anyone could say or think otherwise (like the review below) completely blows my mind!! I gave them 5 stars but I wish I could give them a million plus.... Love this company and family ❤

  The worst insurance agent I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Stay away from this insurance agency and find someone else. I'll never do business with them ever again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them like the plague. Not even worth your time to get a quote from them. Their customer service skills are absolutely atrocious. I've honestly never come across a business that has such terrible customer service. They won't stand by you when you need them most. Getting them to answer basic questions about policy coverages is like pulling teeth on a 4 year old. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'll gladly pay more elsewhere just to avoid them. I would use some choice language if my review wouldn't be flagged and removed by Google.

  I am a 74 year old Savannahian and business owner. I had my home insured with these crooks and received a better price with another company, and told them to cancel my policy, don't renew because I was switching. They didn't cancel, went behind my back and sent the renewed bill- WHICH I CANCELED to my bank and the bank paid out of escrow. Then one year later I treatened to take legal action because they were still scamming me- when I did this they finally sent a check back for 5,000 dollars. My current insurance company had to call them and confront them with legal action if they continued to defraud me and the bank- 2 days later a check arrived in the mail. The headache and frustration this company caused should have resulted in criminal charges. They defraud and take advantage of trusting customers - they don't even try to hide their fraud and I am not surprised at their extremely low rating by the BBB. Besides this year long ordeal they also scammed me for one of my car insurance policies. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR BUSINESS THEY WILL DEFRAUD AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ANYONE.
