  In true typical Savannah fashion, the customer service is no better than "average". This facility should be an embarrassment to the county! Dirt hanging off of booth signs, broken window vents. And, the acoustics in the area corridors are ATROCIOUS! I couldn't hear anything the woman behind the glass said because two women were blabbing about every-day stuff and it was like a tin can. The staff clerk talking to me through a white piece of paper taped over the glass vent seemingly couldn't get the gist of the fact I couldn't hear her at all because of all the constant noise bouncing around the corridor. Then, nothing like getting jerked around by the staff (or 'process') on how a tax credit couldn't be issued "on site". Some buffoon committee on Eisenhower would convene and determine whether I should get a credit on a tax I paid in advance on property I no longer own!

  Incredibly rude and unhelpful. The woman acted as if she was better than I was the entire time. Terrible representative for of a government employee; Savannah should be ashamed that they hire such class less people as employees. I could not be less satisfied.

  Horrible horrible horrible. Wanda is extremely rude and incompetent. Annie her so called "supervisor" that she provided also seemed to lack any type of customer service training or home training. Try to avoid this place as much as possible
