- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆for the 3rd time they deposited my check into another account other than mine. When i called the branch, the manager Sara said she would call me back and after 3 hours later i never heard from her. I then had to call corporate and explain to them that i had not heard anything from the branch about where my money had went. They finally corrected the problem later but lied about returning my call, never apologized and was very rude. I will NEVER use this branch again.By Rebekah Holland, July 11, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After having an account there for 6 years they still can get a first name right. They mailed a check back because they can not understand a HYPEN IN SOMEONES NAME.. It took 4 tries to get them to change my mailing address. This should be called the uncaring bank. Rude staff lead by rude manager.
